PURPOSE OF THE JOB :

 

Execute the sales strategy for the Key Account Channel in Spain, including mainly Modern Trade/Retail and Food Service  customers, with the objective to develop sales in Bakery Products and Ingredients, in Net Sales Value,  Added Value and Gross Profit according to the CSM Key Account and Categories Strategy

MAIN TASK :

 

  • Build and improve partnerships with Existing Key Accounts Customers, Identify and attract New Key Account Customers in Retail and Food Service in SPAIN.
  • Deliver suitable CSM Bakery Solutions products and concepts according to the Retail and Food Service KA Spain Channel and CSM strategy
  • Explore the Retail and Food Service market needs and customers portfolio in order to identify product development opportunities and Business opportunities in a general way. 
  • Build a commercial network with existing and potential customers and partners in the retail and foodservice business, via fairs, customer visits etc.
  • Define key account plans in order to identify current and future needs of the customers, based on sharp customers’ insights with support of Channel Activation.
  • Introduce/ List the new products and concept launch in the market in order to assure the budget.
  • Identify and correct the deviations for the planned Annual Budget.
  • Negociate in accordance with the commercial guidelines the price lists and the promotions in order to develop the Sales Volume and the numerical distribution of the Company products. Launch and implement the annual price increase of the clients
  • Suggest, agree and follow-up the annual calendar promotion in order to assure the activity of each account in coordination with Channel Activation team
  • Follow-up the stores in order to control the client agreements and to solve problems.
  • To provide information about the customers to Marketing, Trade Marketing, Customer Service, Logistique, Finance or any other department.
  • Will be responsible of the debt of the clients assigned.
  • Reports to the South Europe Key Account Director

 

PROFILE:

  • Bachelor Degree preferably in Sales and/or Marketing
  • 5-10 Years experience in similar position
  • Good Knowledge of Spanish and Modern Trade/ Retail Key Accounts (National and Regional).
  • Experienced in fresh bakery, goods, fresh food and private label preferibly.
  • Experienced person in Key Account Management & centralized negotiation with Key clients.
  • Microsoft Office mandatory and comfortable in using SAP tools
  • Fluent in English
  • Able to travel around Spain (50/75%) / Driver License
