Purpose:

 

The purpose of this position is to be responsible for all aspect of modern trade sales in multiple accounts. They manage sales, presentations, service and appropriate finances as described by Brill. They have in-depth knowledge of all product lines and application of each, and have an entrepreneurial approach to business. This person will be responsible for providing a high level of sales, service, and product knowledge to customers as well as grow business. Must meet or exceed budgeted sales numbers, grow business at existing accounts and continuously seek new business opportunities.  Sales Representatives are Brill, Inc. team members that work outside of the bakery facilities and report directly to the Key Account Manager.

 

Job Responsibilities:

 

  • Manage sales, presentations, service and appropriate finances as described by Brill, Inc.
  • Have in-depth knowledge of all product lines and application of each, and have an entrepreneurial approach to business.
  • Will be responsible for providing a high level of sales, service, and product knowledge to customers as well as grow business.
  • Must meet or exceed budgeted sales numbers, grow business at existing accounts and continuously seek new business opportunities.

 

Skills/Work Experience:

 

  • 5+ years of experience in sales.
  • Experience in large account/customer management.
  • Understanding of grocery retail/wholesale in tri-cities region.
  • Experience in bakery industry (sales/technical).
  • Strong analytical skills - ability to diagnose opportunities/risk and action plan against them.
  • SAP technical experience highly preferred.
